David "Figgy" Figueroa

David "Figgy" Figueroa passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, at Holy Name Hospice at Villa Marie Claire, Saddle River.  He was born in Brooklyn and was a Bayonne resident for 38 years.

David was a TIR Man/ Chassis and Container Inspector with the Longshoreman, Local #1804, for over 45 years.

David is survived by his loving wife, Iris Figueroa (nee: Alicea); his beloved children, Monica Figueroa-Perez (Juan), Erick Figueroa and Nicole Figueroa (Alex Medina); his cherished grandchildren, Eddie McGurr, Serena Perez, Leo Medina, Ava Medina, Robert Figueroa and Izabella Figueroa; and his dear sister, Linda Figueroa.

The funeral will be conducted by Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc. on Monday, March 12, 2018. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 12, 2018, at 12:00 p.m. followed by entombment at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum.  Visitation will take place on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be
