Lorraine Slagus

Lorraine Slagus passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 7, 2019.  She was born in Bayonne to the late Stella (nee: Geseck) and Michael Slagus and was a long time Bayonne resident.

Ms. Slagus was the assistant library coordinator for AT&T in New York and also worked at Western Electric, accumulating 53 years of service.

Ms. Slagus is survived by her loving brother, Lawrence Slagus; and many loving family members and extended family members. She was predeceased by her dear siblings, Raymond Slagus and Dolores Slagus.

The funeral will be conducted by Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc. on Thursday, April 11, 2019.  A funeral Mass will take place at the Church of St. Henry at 9:30 a.m. followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
