Eva Hagdorn Obituary

Eva Hagdorn (nee: Lingenau) passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 16, 2020, at Peace Care at St. Joseph’s.  She was born in Staten Island to the late Mabel and August Lingenau and was a long-time Bayonne resident.  She was a crossing guard for the City of Bayonne prior to retirement.

Mrs. Hagdorn was predeceased by her beloved husband, Albert William Hagdorn.   She is survived by her loving children, Paul Hagdorn, and Mary Jane Rodino; and her cherished grandchildren, Robert and Jenilee Mulewski, Paige Beicht, and Emily and Timothy Hagdorn.  She was predeceased by her dear brother, Charles Lingenau.

The funeral will be conducted by Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc. on Monday, September 21, 2020.  Family and friends will gather at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m.  Interment will take place at Crest Haven Memorial Park, Clifton.  Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a funeral service taking place at 5:00 p.m. Condolences may be received at bayonnememorialhome.com.

Due to current CDC guidelines, visitors and funeral attendees are asked to wear face coverings and practice social distancing.
