Jeffrey M. Berezny

Jeffrey Michael Berezny, 78,  passed away peacefully at his Bayonne residence on Monday, June 15, 2020.  He was born in Bayonne to the late George Berezny and Anna Berezny (nee: Petrovich) and was a lifelong resident. He was retired from Exxon Corporation. 

Jeffrey proudly served the nation as a member of the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

Jeffrey was a caring and loving father and husband. He is survived by his beloved wife of over 53 years, Luba Berezny (nee: Wanko); his loving children, Jeffrey John Berezny, and his wife, Lyubov, and Daria Ann Leisengang, and her husband, Eric; his adoring granddaughter, Sofia V. Berezny;  and his sibling George Berezny.  He was predeceased by his siblings, Donald and Lawrence Berezny. 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, public services will be conducted, but with limitations, by Bayonne Memorial Home, Inc.
